Pastor Mike grew up in Muncie, Indiana, and earned his B.A. in Christian Ministries with a minor in Biblical Studies from Trinity International University. He and his wife, Tiffany, have been married for over three years and enjoy life with their two dogs, Moxley and Muffin. Since joining Oak Creek in 2018, Mike has served as Youth Pastor, Family Ministries Pastor, and now as Lead Pastor. He also serves part-time with the State Convention of Baptists in Indiana, supporting youth ministry across the state. Mike is passionate about helping others know Jesus, embrace their identity as God’s children, and live out their purpose as disciple-makers. He and Tiffany love to travel, explore new cultures and foods, and spend time outdoors. In his free time, Mike enjoys golf, disc golf, basketball, and following his favorite teams—the Ravens, Reds, Pacers, IU, and Notre Dame—as well as his love for music, movies, and professional wrestling.
Robyn has lived in Mishawaka for over 20 years with her husband, Jon, and their twin sons. A central Indiana native, she holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from Indiana University. Since joining Oak Creek in 2009, Robyn has served in various ministries, including Children’s Ministry, Women’s Fellowship, VBS, and Small Group leadership. She and Jon also lead the Caring Well ministry, which focuses on abuse prevention and response. Robyn is passionate about equipping parents and church leaders to create safe, caring environments for all.
